Returns & Refund Policy

At LorynGlow, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your purchase doesn’t fit quite right or isn’t what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.


📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

This return policy applies to orders delivered within the United States.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged garments

  • Accessories or undergarments for hygiene reasons


📬 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our team at support@lorynglow.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

We’ll send you detailed instructions and a prepaid return label (free of charge for eligible returns).


💳 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping is free for eligible returns.


🔁 Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost, depending on availability.
